Sprue bushing is also known as insulating sleeve. It is a part on the low pressure casting machine for alloy wheel and other similar casting. Sprue bush is used to fprm low pressure runner.
The aluminum titanate Sprue bushing has higher melting point（1860℃±10℃）,lower thermal expansion coefficient(RT—1000℃，α＜2.0×10-6／℃) and excellent heat-shock resistance .Besides,the aluminum titanate Sprue bushing don’t infiltrate with the metal melt(especially the non-ferrous metals) and glass melt.Therefore aluminum titanate can be widely used in the conditions of high-temperature resistance、heat-shock resistance and corrision resistance.
